Here's what's happening THIS WEEKEND  AT ST. MARY'S

1.  SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 12. THE TWENTY-THIRD SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST

    • Thanking God for the lives and sacrifices of all Veterans and their loved ones
    • Praying especially for those who are still recovering from the wounds and trauma of war
    • Please, invite your friends to church

2.  MASS SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK: Morning Prayer at 8:45 and Mass at 9 am
    • Monday, November 13: Feria
    • Tuesday, November 14: Samuel Seabury
    • Wednesday, November 15: Asbury & Whitefield
    • Thursday, November 16: Margaret of Scotland
    • Friday,  November 17: Hugh & Robert
    • Saturday, November 18: Hilda of Whitby

3.  CLASSES IN CHRISTIAN FORMATION SUNDAY AT 11:30 AM to 12 PM
    • Classes continue on Sunday, November 12
    • We'll meet in the Chapel briefly at 11:30 to continue work on "My Life Stage Planning". 
    • Please, bring a notebook. 

4.  BIBLE STUDY on Wednesdays at St. Mary's:
    • Class meets from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
    • We'll meet in the Sacristy. Enter from the parking lot off Watseka Ave.
    • Our current study is focused on the Book of Joshua
    • No previous Bible knowledge required
    • We are using the NIV 2011 translation.  We'll have a Bible for you if need be.

5.  FALL BAZAAR: Saturday/Sunday, November 18 & 19

    • Please, join us on Friday, November 17 to set up for our Fall rummage sale/fundraiser - 8 am 
    • Saturday/Sunday, November 18 & 19: Shop our FALL Bazaar for your Christmas giveaways. A huge selection. 
    • Your purchases will support the mission and ministries of our parish.
    • Spread the word and bring your friends.

    • Saturday, November 18 at St. John Pro-Cathedral, Los Angeles. 
      • Ordination and Consecration of Fr. Marc Angelo as Bishop, Archangels & Seraphims Parish (ECC)
    • Evensong - Monday to Friday at 7 pm beginning December 4 
      • we'll meet in the Chapel, St Mary in Palms
      • Please, tell and bring a friend
