1. SUNDAY, APRIL 3: THE SECOND SUNDAY OF EASTER

• Encourage your family and friends to come to church with you.

2.  BIBLE STUDY: (English edition) Every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7: 30 pm. 

• We meet in the Sacristy.

• We are currently studying the Book of Proverbs 

• No experience necessary. 

• Bring your Bible and your friends 
• Spanish Edition: We meet on Friday from about 7 pm either in the Chapel at St. Mary or in a parishioner's home. Please, call Fr. Juan (213-434-0476) for more details. 

3.  CLASSES IN CHRISTIAN FORMATION : SUNDAYS AT 11:30 AM to 12 PM

SERIES ON "Familiarity with THE BOOK OF COMMON PRAYER"

• SUNDAY, APRIL 10: Concerning the Service of the Church, pp. 13 & 14
• SUNDAY, APRIL 17:  The Calendar of the Church Year, pp. 15 - 33
• Bring a Book of Common Prayer to the class.
• Classes will be held in the patio area

1. SATURDAY, MARCH 20: PASSION (PALM) SUNDAY 

• Liturgy includes singing of the Passion Gospel. 
• Misa (Spanish) at 1:30 pm 

2.  HOLY WEEK AND EASTER SERVICES AT ST. MARY'S:

• 7 pm, Thursday, March 24: Maundy (Holy) Thursday. 
• Liturgy includes the rite of the foot-washing, Mass and private meditation at the Altar of Repose. 
• 7 pm, Friday, March 25: Good Friday Proper Liturgy. 
• Liturgy includes praying the Solemn Collects, the Veneration of the Cross, Communion from the Pre-sanctified. 
• 8 pm, Saturday, March 26: Easter Vigil. 
• Liturgy includes lighting of the new fire, the singing of the Exsultet, and finishing with Mass.
• March 27: Sunday of the Resurrection (EASTER). 
• Mass at 10 am 
• Liturgy includes administering the Sacrament of Baptism to Logan Jackson Merryman
• The Rt. Rev. Edward Mackenzie will be Guest Preacher

1. SATURDAY, MARCH 12: DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME: 

• Please, remember to move your clocks forward by one hour before 2 am on Sunday, March 13
• Remind your friends and family members too about Daylight Saving Time 

2. SUNDAY, MARCH 13:  THE FIFTH SUNDAY IN LENT

• Mass begins with the praying of The Great Litany.
• Invite your friends and buddies to church this Sunday and every Sunday.
