Here is what is making news in our parish:

1THIS WEEKEND  AT ST. MARY 
  • SUNDAY, August 2: TENTH SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST
  • Invite your friends and buddies to church
  • Weather will be hot, please, stay hydrated.

2.   BIBLE STUDY: Every Tuesday from 6:30 to 7: 30 pm. 

  • We meet in the Sacristy.
  • We are studying the Book of the Acts of the Apostles 
  • No experience necessary. 
  • Bring your Bible and your buddies.
 3.   UPCOMING CHRISTIAN EDUCATION MATERIALS
  • Sunday, August 2 with a study of the Lectionary Readings for Sunday, August 10. The Readings are those of TRACT 2  at:  http://www.lectionarypage.net/YearB_RCL/Pentecost/BProp13_RCL.html
  • Time: 11:30 am to 12 pm in the St. Joseph Hall patio

Parish UPDATE: Sunday, July 12

Beloved of God and of this parish:


Here is what is making news in our parish:

1THIS WEEKEND  AT ST. MARY 
  • SATURDAY, JULY 11: Vestry Planning meetings with Bishop Suffragan Diane Bruce, beginning with Mass at 9 am
  • SUNDAY, July 12: SEVENTH SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST
    • There will be ONE service - bilingual - on Sunday, July 12 at 11 am. 
    • Bishop Suffragan Diane Bruce will be our Presider and Preacher. 
    • Following Mass, there will be a food sale - pupusas and tamales. Proceeds will go to support our parish ministries.
    • Other non-sale dishes will be provided. Parishioners are encouraged to bring what they can and to enjoy fellowship time with Bishop Bruce. 
    • Invite your friends and buddies to church.


2.  WELCOME ANDREW SHARMA
    • Late Monday, July 6, the Joseph Family welcomed a new addition to their family.  Belinda and Akshay became proud parents of Andrew Sharma. Welcome, Andrew.
    • Congratulations Belinda, Akshay, Anthony, Jai and Joe Joseph.
