Here is what is making news in our parish:

1THIS WEEKEND  AT ST. MARY 
  • Saturday, June 27:
    • Requiem Mass for Ann Moreland Walters, mother of Stephanie Zynda, at 9 am
    • Rummage Sale to raise funds for the mission and ministries of this parish: 8 am to 3 pm
  • SUNDAY, June 28: FIFTH SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST

3BIBLE STUDY: Every Tuesday from 6:30 to 7: 30 pm. 
  • We meet in the Sacristy.
  • We are studying the Book of the Acts of the Apostles

4.   UPCOMING CHRISTIAN EDUCATION MATERIALS
  • Entire month of June: We'll focus on Franciscan spirituality: Society of St. Francis, Third Order Franciscans
  • Time: 11:30 am to 12 pm in St. Joseph Hall

6 BISHOP SUFFRAGAN DIANE BRUCE'S VISIT TO ST. MARY
    • SaturdayJuly 11: 9 am to 8 pm:  Meetings with the Vestry
    • SundayJuly 12: Official visit to the parish. Bishop Diane will preside and preach and administer the Sacraments of Baptism and Confirmation if there are candidates.
    • If you have or know anyone desiring baptism, please, let Fr. Vincent know asap.
    • Invite your friends to church on Sunday, July 12.

  • All delegates to the General Convention of The Episcopal Church now meeting in Utah to among other business agenda, elect a new Presiding Bishop for The Episcopal Church
  • all who are battling any form of cancer and all involved in research work to find lasting cure for cancer and Alzheimers
  • all in Law Enforcement especially Belinda, Benjamin and Kevin
