Here's what's making news THIS WEEKEND AT ST. MARY'S:
1. SUNDAY, APRIL 17: THE FOURTH SUNDAY OF EASTER
- VESTRY MEETING IN THE RECTOR'S STUDY BEGINNING AT 12 PM
- Encourage your family and friends to come to church with you.
2. THREE VERY SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Join us on Saturday, April 23 from 9:30 to 10:30 am (after Mass). We will be cleaning the garden on the Watseka end of the church and plant the Easter lilies so they can be ready by Spring 2017. Coffee and donuts will be served.
- Join us (here at St. Mary's) on Thursday, May 5 at 7 pm at our Joint Eucharistic Service with Grace Lutheran Church, Culver City as we celebrate ASCENSION DAY
- Join us on Saturday, May 21 from 9:30 am to set up, staff our parish's booth at the formal inauguration of the EXPO Line extension to Santa Monica. We will meet at the corner of Exposition/Hughes and National. Help advertise our parish and make new friends. Together, let us SPREAD GOD'S LOVE
3. BIBLE STUDY: (English edition) Every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7: 30 pm.
- We meet in the Sacristy.
- We are currently studying the Book of Proverbs
- No experience necessary.
- Bring your Bible and your friends
- Spanish Edition: We meet on Friday from about 7 pm either in the Chapel at St. Mary or in a parishioner's home. Please, call Fr. Juan () for more details.
4. CLASSES IN CHRISTIAN FORMATION : SUNDAYS AT 11:30 AM to 12 PM
SERIES ON "EXPLORING THE RICH TREASURES IN THE BOOK OF COMMON PRAYER"

- Bring a Book of Common Prayer to the class.
